My design philosophy on key principles. The following are spreads from a booklet I self-published.
My concept was to create bold, layered colors on a grid. I use grid paper when sketching; it's what I want to remember as I put pencil to paper. At the time, my personal logo was two triangles, and geometrical, so this was to reinforce my branding.
I need to align the grid better and redesign it to fit with my current aesthetic. Next up, I'd like to create a booklet just on my process – whether lean or comprehensive, a guide on how I approach problems— from beginning to end.
